Dallas, Texas, May 05, 2023 – Weichert Workforce Mobility, the undisputed industry leader in relocating employee satisfaction, was named Relocation Management Company of the Year at the Forum for Expatriate Management’s (FEM) Americas EMMA Awards, which recognizes the top companies, technologies and products in global mobility and expatriate management across the Americas region. The winners were announced at a black-tie dinner and ceremony closing out FEM’s Americas Summit at The University of Texas at Dallas on May 4.
Relocation Management Company of the Year is the highest honor among mobility industry players, and Weichert now holds this title across all regions, having won RMC of the Year at the Asia Pacific EMMAs and the EMEA EMMAs in October and November of 2022, respectively.
This year’s Americas EMMA nominations were rigorously evaluated by an impartial and independent judging panel of senior HR and corporate mobility leaders drawn from a range of disciplines across the Americas. Judges hailed from leading companies such as Mastercard; Walmart Inc.; Saint-Gobain; Booz Allen Hamilton; Johnson & Johnson; Becton, Dickinson and Company; Gilead Sciences; McDonald’s Corporation; American Express; Micron Technology; UPS and ADP.
In awarding RMC of the Year, judges cited Weichert’s impressive – and expanding – offering of industry-leading innovations paired with outstanding achievement in service excellence.
“Weichert has introduced numerous products and services, such as Go Flex, SMARTRIP and Sumplicity, that show a solid commitment to driving industry innovation,” said Claire Tennant-Scull, Global Director of Content & Events at FEM. “At the same time, Weichert’s overall employee experience ratings are some of the highest in the industry, which means they have been able to achieve a successful balance of technology advancement and human interaction.”
“We started 2023 facing some of the most challenging conditions our industry has ever seen, and now, more than ever, our clients rely on us to help them address shifting employee needs while achieving a tighter bottom line,” said Dave Bencivengo, President of Weichert Workforce Mobility. “These challenges have fueled our drive to embrace change and innovate, and this is allowing our clients—and our company—to thrive. By pairing game-changing technology tools with deep advisory expertise and industry-leading service, Weichert is distinguishing ourselves as trusted, long-term mobility partners against some fierce competition.
Added Mark Bennett, Senior Vice President, “The FEM EMMAs have long served as the gold standard for mobility and international HR awards, and as a global company, we are both honored and humbled to be named RMC of the Year within every region we operate.”
