DALLAS, TEXAS May 23, 2023 – Weichert Workforce Mobility, the undisputed industry leader in relocating employee experiences, was named Relocation Management Company of the Year at the Forum for Expatriate Management’s (FEM) Americas EMMA Awards, which recognizes the top companies, technologies and products in global mobility and expatriate management across the Americas region. The winners were announced at a ceremony closing out FEM’s Americas Summit at Dallas’ Warwick Melrose on May 23.
Relocation Management Company of the Year is the highest honor among mobility industry players, and this year’s recognition is a milestone win for Weichert Workforce Mobility. It marks the company’s twelfth RMC of the Year title (including wins in APAC and EMEA), more than any other RMC.
This year’s Americas EMMA nominations were rigorously evaluated by an impartial and independent judging panel of senior HR and corporate mobility leaders drawn from a range of disciplines across the Americas. Judges hailed from leading companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Walmart Inc., Saint-Gobain, Booz Allen Hamilton, UPS, and General Mills.
In awarding RMC of the Year, judges noted that Weichert “continues to set the industry standard for service excellence and technological innovation.” They additionally noted and applauded Weichert Go’s capabilities of offering real-time move information and using AI to provide critical details for policy updates, expense management and visa application tracking.
“While the development and implementation of our new technology proved a massive undertaking, it is satisfying to see it recognized as the true industry disruptor and future-proof platform that we envisioned it to be,” said Dave Bencivengo, President of Weichert Workforce Mobility. “I’m equally proud to see our colleagues honored for being adaptive, responsive, intuitive trailblazers in service delivery and relationship management.”
This achievement follows the company’s success in earning the industry’s highest average service scores in seven of eight critical categories in Trippel’s 20th Annual Relocation Managers’ Survey—Global Mobility Administration, released earlier this month.
“Receiving any recognition of excellence is a great accomplishment. But repeatedly earning top scores and ratings from highly regarded third parties speaks volumes. It says that through constant change, we deliver consistently. For companies navigating a very different world of work, this reinforces their trust and confidence in our ability to serve as their long-term partner,” said Bencivengo.
Added Mark Bennett, Senior Vice President, “The FEM EMMAs have long served as the gold standard for mobility and international HR awards, and as a global company, we are honored to once again earn the distinction of RMC of the Year.”
