MORRIS PLAINS, NJ, August 24, 2017 – Weichert Workforce Mobility, one of the world’s leading providers of corporate mobility solutions, received the highest Net Satisfaction score among service providers in its industry from relocated employees, according to the Twenty-Third Annual Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey.
As Alan Trippel, founder of Trippel Survey & Research LLC and architect of the survey explained, “‘Net Satisfaction’ is the strongest and most accurate indicator of service quality, as it reflects the number of a company’s promoters minus the detractors to identify the company with the highest rate of exceptional performance among its employees.”
Weichert Workforce Mobility also earned more “top block” ratings—scores of 9 or 10 on a ten-point scale, representing the highest level of satisfaction—than any other relocation provider.
This survey is the only objective, industry-wide survey to rank the quality of service provided by relocation companies based on feedback from transferred employees. The results allow HR professionals to assess the customer experience from their employees’ perspectives.
“Our colleagues are committed to delivering Legendary Service experiences, and there is perhaps no greater proof of their commitment than earning the highest net satisfaction ranking from mobile employees themselves,” said Dave Bencivengo, President of Weichert Workforce Mobility. “Our clients make significant investment in the recruitment and retention of key talent, and I’m proud to see these results confirm our ability to positively influence that investment.”
This marks the fourth consecutive year of this survey in which Weichert has received service satisfaction ratings well above the industry average. Studies show that relocated employees who are satisfied with the quality of service received during their moves are more likely to be engaged and productive in their new roles, reducing their employers’ risk of talent attrition.
“When you consider how disruptive relocation can be for mobile employees and their families, the fact that our colleagues elicit such an overwhelmingly positive response is both rewarding and inspiring,” added Vicki Lander, Executive Vice President of Weichert Workforce Mobility. “Our colleagues truly become lifelines for the mobile employees they serve, and these survey results underscore their role in keeping their customers happy and productive.”
