Elevating Satisfaction: Eleven Years of Service Excellence 07.24.2024 | Mark Bennett

In case you didn’t hear us screaming it from the rooftops, last year we hit a landmark achievement, earning the highest net satisfaction rating from mobile employees in Trippel’s Annual Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey for the tenth straight year. This “Decade of Dominance” offered compelling proof of the quality and consistency of our service experiences from the toughest critics around, employees on the move!

True to our Corporate Belief in going further, we are thrilled to share that we’ve surpassed this incredible milestone and pushed the bar even higher. The results of Trippel’s 2024 survey have just been released, and once again, we maintained our industry’s highest net satisfaction rating.

This marks the eleventh consecutive year of providing a level of transferee service that outranks every other major RMC!

 

Conducted by Trippel Survey and Research, LLC, this is the mobility industry’s most comprehensive and trusted third-party survey, providing unbiased rankings of the quality of relocation services based on direct feedback from mobile employees. The results allow HR and corporate professionals who manage mobile talent to accurately assess the employee experience, which is the single most important metric impacting recruitment and retention.
