Transferees these days have diverse needs that a lot of times are not so apparent without diving deeper, so we find medical providers that address the unique needs of each family. This could be an expectant mother getting their care team set up right away. It could be physicians in the new location equipped to support children with sickle cell. It could be finding out where certain hard-to-find ethnic foods might be sold in the new location. It could be any number of very personal, unique needs and where we are helping that individual and that family thrive in the new community.
