Laura is an expert in advancing program transformations with a special focus on international assignments, cross-cultural training, compensation, tax strategies and process re-engineering. She is the author of a wide variety of policies from Localization to Intra-Country and has partnered with clients on M&A and global harmonization projects and conducted exhaustive stakeholder and VOC projects.

Gina is a savvy thinker, listener and researcher, which makes her particularly good at helping clients build their dream programs. Throughout every project, she listens to the client to understand their goals, making recommendations to policies and programs that are cost-effective and competitive, and provides data to support leadership approval.

Drawing on her nearly 35 years of experience in global workforce mobility, including client services, expense management, account implementation, and proposal management, Susan brings a unique combination of skills (paired with a razor-sharp wit) to Weichert’s clients in analyzing the impact of policy changes on their programs.
