PARSIPPANY, NJ, May 11, 2023 – Weichert Workforce Mobility, a world leader in talent mobility service and technology, earned the industry’s highest scores in a number of key categories in the Nineteenth Annual Relocation Managers’ Survey: Global Program Administration and Supplier Performance. Conducted by Trippel Survey & Research, this survey is the only impartial and unbiased industry-wide ranking of the quality of global relocation services based on input from the corporate managers who buy them.
Weichert’s performance in this year’s survey strengthens the company’s reputation for delivering the industry’s best service experience supported by the industry’s best technology. Weichert’s groundbreaking future-proof tech platform, Weichert Go, helped the company outpace its competitors by a significant margin in the “Technology” category, securing both the highest average score and the highest net satisfaction rating. Meanwhile, Weichert’s service personnel proved themselves invaluable to globally mobile employees, earning the highest average score and highest net satisfaction for “Ability to Meet Expats’ Needs and Schedule” and the highest average score for “Knowledge and Understanding of Destination Locations.”
Additionally, Weichert claimed the highest average score and highest net satisfaction for “Breadth of Services,” reflecting the company’s broad scope of in-house global mobility solutions.
“While Go has vastly improved and streamlined global relocation for clients and colleagues alike, great customer experiences still depend on the human factor,” said Dave Bencivengo, President of Weichert Workforce Mobility. “One of our objectives in building Go was to automate key processes so our service teams spend less time inputting data and more time doing what they do best—preparing relocating employees to thrive in their new roles. We are honored to see corporate managers acknowledge, through these survey results, that our efforts are not just paying off but continuing to distinguish us from our competitors.”
“While results such as these are a great source of pride for our company, they also help clients feel more confident about selecting Weichert as their relocation management company,” said Vicki Lander, Executive Vice President. “Our outstanding showing in Trippel’s global survey confirms that our colleagues are not only providing exceptional service to relocating employees, but also to corporate managers who experience better performance and heightened engagement across their mobile workforce.”
