MORRIS PLAINS, NJ, July 25, 2019 – Weichert Workforce Mobility, one of the world’s leading providers of corporate mobility solutions, received the highest Net Satisfaction rating among the largest service providers in its industry, according to the Twenty-Fifth Annual Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey.
Conducted by Trippel Survey & Research LLC, this survey is the only objective, industry-wide survey to rank the quality of service provided by relocation companies based on feedback from relocated employees. The results allow professionals who manage mobile workforces to accurately assess the employee experience from the customer’s perspective.
This is the sixth consecutive year that Weichert has earned the highest Net Satisfaction rating among large-size providers. According to Alan Trippel, founder of Trippel Survey & Research LLC, “Net Satisfaction is the strongest and most accurate indicator of service quality.”
Additionally, for the third straight year, Weichert earned more “top block” service quality scores—scores of 9 or 10 on a ten-point scale, with 10 representing the highest level of satisfaction—than any other provider in its industry.
“The fact that we have achieved the highest Net Satisfaction rating among the largest suppliers in our industry for six consecutive years speaks to the passion, commitment and collaborative spirit of our colleagues,” added Vicki Lander, Executive Vice President of Client Services. “I’m proud of their continued focus on creating futures where people thrive.”
This recognition marks the latest in a series of service accolades for Weichert. The company earned extraordinary results in Trippel’s Seventeenth Annual Relocation Managers Survey, receiving the highest Net Satisfaction rating among large-size providers for the fifth consecutive year. In June, Weichert was named “Relocation Management Company of the Year” at the Forum for Expatriate Management’s Americas EMMA Awards for the sixth time in eight years—an unmatched achievement within the mobility industry.
“In today’s highly competitive market, the employee experience is everything,” said Dave Bencivengo, President of Weichert Workforce Mobility. “When relocating employees are happy with their moves, they thrive in their new positions, build stronger bonds with their employers, and drive our clients’ businesses to greater success. I am thrilled to see our colleagues have such a sustained, positive impact on our clients’ talent and workforce mobility investments.”
“With last year’s acquisition of TheMIGroup, Weichert significantly expanded its footprint and colleague base,” added Mark Bennett, Executive Vice President of Global Client Services. “These results are satisfying because they serve as testament that our colleagues are united under a common commitment to delivering legendary customer experiences.”
