PARSIPPANY, NJ, February 12, 2024 – Weichert Workforce Mobility, one of the world’s leading providers of global talent mobility solutions, has earned the industry’s highest service satisfaction ratings for the management of corporate household goods shipment programs for the second consecutive year.
The 22nd Annual Relocation Managers’ Survey on Household Goods Shipment Program Administration, Policy & Industry & Carrier Performance polled corporate relocation managers on their relocation management company (RMC) performance in shipping and storing their employees’ household goods. Weichert received the highest average service satisfaction score among all service providers, marking the second consecutive year that Weichert has achieved this distinction.
Conducted by Trippel Research, this survey is the only impartial and unbiased industry-wide ranking of the quality of household goods services provided by RMCs based on input from managers of corporate programs.
“Nothing impacts a relocating employee’s experience, productivity and feelings toward the company that moved them like the safe and efficient shipping of their household goods,” explained Kyriako Bouris, Vice President of Global Transportation Solutions. “Our industry has faced – and is still up against – some sizable challenges impacting the ease of movement of our customers’ shipments, but despite that, we have worked tirelessly to maintain the quality and service standards we’ve built our reputation on. Achieving our industry’s highest service score for the second year running is a true honor and a testament to our consistency in going further for our customers.”
Added Bill Wilson, Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain: “The household goods landscape is more complex than ever, and our clients place great value in a partner who can help them confidently navigate any hurdles – the known and the unforeseen. Through our Weichert Move Network, we work with our carefully selected van line partners every day to seek new solutions and set new benchmarks for performance and collaboration. Earning the industry’s best service satisfaction ranking for the second straight year reinforces that corporate mobility managers trust our people, our process, and our partners. And in this very uncertain business climate, that trust is worth more than gold.”
