MORRIS PLAINS, NJ, April 17, 2020 – Weichert Workforce Mobility Inc., one of the world’s leading providers of corporate relocation and assignment management services, received industry-best ratings from corporate relocation managers in several categories of the Sixteenth Annual Relocation Managers’ Survey—International Administration, Policy & Performance.
Conducted by Trippel Survey & Research, LLC©, this survey is the only one of its kind to provide unbiased, objective rankings of relocation management companies and their quality of expatriate program administration and international mobility services.
In the “Overall Satisfaction” category, Weichert earned the highest net satisfaction rating among the industry’s largest providers. According to survey architect Alan Trippel, “net satisfaction is the strongest and most accurate indicator of service quality.”
Weichert also earned the highest net satisfaction rating among the industry’s largest providers in the categories “Technology” and “Quality of People and Service Delivery,” as well as the highest net satisfaction rating among all providers in the categories “Value for Price Paid” and “Local Supplier Management.”
“Particularly in challenging times, HR managers need three things from their workforce mobility providers—exceptional service, vigilant supply chain management and compelling value,” said Mark Bennett, Weichert’s Executive Vice President of Global Client Services. “These survey results indicate that we’re delivering for our clients on all of these critical fronts.”
Although Weichert has spearheaded a number of innovations to advance its clients’ international expatriate programs—including the industry’s only under-one-roof global mobility solution with payroll and tax prep services—the credit for these accolades, according to Bennett, belongs to the company’s colleagues.
“We’ve worked hard to build a culture of collaboration and open communication where our people can thrive,” explained Bennett. “Across our global operations, our colleagues are empowered to deliver Legendary Service experiences that have an extraordinary impact on our clients and their mobile employees.”
“At a time when customer expectations continue to rise, we are proud of the competitive advantage that our colleagues represent, and the brand loyalty they have helped us achieve,” said Dave Bencivengo, President of Weichert Workforce Mobility. “We will never take it for granted.”
