PARSIPPANY, NJ, December 12, 2022 – Weichert Workforce Mobility, the undisputed industry leader in relocating employee satisfaction, outperformed its largest competitors in a number of key categories in the Twenty-first Annual Relocation Managers’ Survey. Conducted by Trippel Survey & Research, this survey is the only impartial and unbiased industry-wide ranking of the quality of relocation services based on input from managers of corporate programs.
In the category of Overall Satisfaction, Weichert earned the highest net satisfaction score among the industry’s five largest providers, outpacing those competitors by a significant margin. According to Alan Trippel, architect of the survey, “Net satisfaction is the strongest and most accurate indicator of service quality.”
Weichert also earned industry-best ratings in several other categories, including the highest ranking among large-sized providers in the areas of Performance, Culture and Speed and Accuracy of Financial Disbursements. In the particularly meaningful category of Team Personnel, Weichert earned the highest average score and the highest net satisfaction among all of the industry’s large-sized companies.
“2022 has already been a year of great achievement and successes for Weichert, with the launch of our groundbreaking technology platform Weichert Go, a record number of new client signings and expanded partnerships with several existing clients,” said Dave Bencivengo, President of Weichert Workforce Mobility.
“But this sort of recognition reminds us that nothing is more important than the sustained value and confidence we bring to the corporate managers who partner with us to unleash their talent worldwide.”
This good news comes on the heels of Weichert’s triumph in Trippel’s latest Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey. Released in July of 2022, the results of this survey saw Weichert earn the highest net satisfaction rating among its largest competitors for an unprecedented ninth consecutive year.
“While results such as these are a great source of pride for our company, they also help clients feel more confident about choosing us,” said Vicki Lander, Executive Vice President. “Our outstanding showing in these latest Trippel surveys confirm that our colleagues are not only providing exceptional service to relocating employees, but also to corporate managers who experience improved partnerships, better performance and heightened engagement across their mobile workforce.”
