LONDON, UK, November 2, 2023 – Weichert Workforce Mobility, the undisputed industry leader in relocating employee satisfaction, was honored for its innovative relocation technology solutions at the Forum for Expatriate Management’s (FEM) EMEA EMMA Awards, which recognize the best in global mobility and expatriate management. The winners were announced at a gala ceremony at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, closing out FEM’s 2023 EMEA Summit.
Weichert picked up two EMMAs during the ceremony. The first award was the prestigious Most Innovative Use of Technology in Global Mobility – Bespoke Solutions, which honored Weichert’s groundbreaking relocation management platform, Weichert Go.
The EMMA judges called Go “an example of what innovation in the global mobility space truly looks like. Weichert has listened and developed a modern approach to the relocation process, using AI and flexibility to change with the demands of the business.”
This is just the latest recognition for Weichert Go, which recently won a Gold Stevie® Award for Excellence in Emerging Technology at the Annual International Business Awards®.
Weichert Go was built on the Salesforce platform, which, in addition to being the gold standard for data security and ease of connectivity with HRIS systems, adds the muscle of a billion-dollar annual R&D budget. That’s why Go continually reflects the latest innovations and evolves as the world changes, making it the industry’s first and only future-proof technology.
Weichert wasn’t done there; the company also won the EMMA for Best Partnership Between Two Service Providers, which honored the work Weichert has done with Tracker Software to develop its employee travel compliance and safety solution, SMARTRIP.
SMARTRIP was lauded as groundbreaking technology that helps companies manage and mitigate risks associated with relocating employees, remote workers, virtual assignees and business travelers by quickly and easily assessing each trip against the latest tax and visa/immigration requirements and global travel restrictions. This allows employers to protect the welfare of their employees so they can travel and work without the penalties, restrictions and reputational damage that compliance violations can bring.
Attracting entrants from across the globe, this year’s EMEA EMMA nominations were rigorously evaluated by an independent judging panel of senior HR and corporate mobility professionals from such globally renown companies as Bayer, KPMG, FedEx, Air Products, Novo Nordisk, Becton Dickinson, Kellogg’s and Uber.
“Despite the hurdles that changes to the world of work present, our EMEA team has risen to every challenge, delivering service experiences and technology solutions that truly resonate with corporate mobility managers across Europe, Africa and the Middle East,” said Mark Bennett, Weichert’s Executive Vice President of Global Client Services. “The FEM EMMAs have long served as the gold standard for global mobility and international HR awards, and we are truly honored to achieve the highest recognition in two important categories among some fierce competition.”
